Behavior Specialist

The primary role of the Behavior Specialist is to support the counselors in managing camper behavior and assisting when the behavior requires admin intervention. The Behavior Specialist will also be responsible for assisting the other admin staff in day to day activities and thoroughly documenting camper behavior. The behavior specialist will be certified in non-violent crisis intervention by House in the Wood staff.
