Donor Advised Funds (DAFs) and IRAs

DAFs and IRAs may provide you the ability to participate in a favorable tax efficient way with your charitable giving to support the Settlement. Administered by a financial services company such as Fidelity, Schwab and Vanguard or a Community Foundation, DAF’s and IRA’s allow you to give cash, stock, or other assets to grant a specific amount to the Settlement (Tax-ID Number: 36-2167818).

Planned Giving - Join the Vittum Society​

Make a planned gift or bequest and join The Harriet Vittum Society, named in honor of the Head Resident of the Settlement from 1907-1947. Membership in The Harriet Vittum Society is open to all who notify the Settlement that a planned gift has been made. Donors who make substantial cash gifts to the endowment fund will also be invited to be a member of the society.
